With almost 20 years of culinary experience, Jerry began his career in his mother’s Sicilian kitchen. There, he learned the values of sustainable and locally sourced ingredients. Fast-forward to TAP Gastropub, where Jerry brings those lessons to life by infusing local flavors into innovative dishes.

Opening in 2003 within the Somerset Hills Hotel, The Tap Room established itself as the go-to eatery & watering hole for locals and travelers alike. For almost 15 years, guests could dine on delicious food, enjoy a nice glass of wine, or grab a beer and check out the game on one of the restaurant’s several TVs. Today, Tap & Bitters continues that legacy with a new look, new menus, and NOLO-inspired atmosphere that will transport you to the heart of the Big Easy.
